Isaacson I'm 22, a gemini, single- and living in Southwest Wyoming in the good old USA. I created Teddy Ruxpin Online in August of 1998 after re-discovering Teddy after opening some old boxes that contained episodes of The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin as well as putting fresh batteries in my talker and remembering the joy Teddy had brought me in my younger childhood. From childhood on, I had always greatly admired Ken Forsse from the time I could read the name under "Created By" on the opening credits of the TV series, and also Jim Henson and Carroll Spinney, and wanted to become a children's writer or somehow be involved in children's entertainment. I saw that there were only a couple of sites on the internet that had anything in-depth about Teddy, and began to create a site of my own, which eventually became Teddy Ruxpin Online after several other incarnations. Today, I'm the Webmaster/General Manager of Teddy Ruxpin Online and also the moderator of the Teddy Ruxpin Forums I work as a graphic designer in the advertising department of my local newspaper, and I'm attempting this year to open my own business doing web design and graphics for persons and small businesses.. in my free time I like to have fun with friends and family, in the summertime I love to go to the lake and love boating and doing stuff outdoors. I like Basketball and am a huge NBA fan, and also like to travel and do a bit of 'adventurin when I can. I dont read as much as I prolly should, but my favorite stuff is by Stephen King..(Bag of Bones is my favorite) and I also liked "Tuesdays with Morrie" by Mitch Albom and "My Life in Feathers" by Carroll Spinney I'd have to say my favorites from the Toy/Book/Tape series were "Take a Good Look" "Grubby's Romance" "Winter Adventure" and "Autumn Adventure" but I never did have a complete collection so that question will prolly be better answered when BackPack releases all theirs. Favorite TV show episodes were- Grubby's Romance ... The Medicine Wagon, Captured, The Journey Home and The Great Desert. Cheers, The Golden Girls, Seinfeld, King Of The Hill... and movies, anything with John Candy, my favorite actor.. and Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson/Will Ferrell fratpack comedies. Also, Forrest Gump. FAVORITE MUSIC I'm first and foremost a country music fan, especially Chris LeDoux, Tracy Lawrence, Waylon Jennings and Tim McGraw. I'm also a huge KISS/Gene Simmons and Eagles/Don Henley fan... anything that touches the soul- or something you can RocknRoll All Nite to ;). |
