Who is your favorite Teddy Ruxpin character?

I love them all equally. Ken Forsse created such a diverse group of characters, And I do mean Characters in every sense of the word. But, I do have a very special place in my heart for Grubby

Did you work for Worlds Of Wonder/Alchemy/Work with Teddy Ruxpin in any way?


Unfortunately, I was only two years old when Teddy Ruxpin hit store shelves for the first time, and merely a young teenager when he was brought back in the 1990's, so that pretty much ended hopes of a career with Teddy right there, LOL. Seriously though, I wish! But no, I am a fan only and was never employed by any of the entities involved in Teddy's creation. However, in 2005 I did have the honor of doing some consulting for BackPack Toys, who are Bringing Teddy Back and did an interview with USA Today weekend, which can be found on the Articles Page.


Can you copy episodes for me? / Do You Have the Series on VHS/DVD

for more info! Due to the fact there is currently a Teddy DVD release, I am no longer copying any episodes from my collection, which were taped during 1987/88 and do not provide a high quality dub anyhow.

Do you know the Creator Of Teddy Ruxpin?
I was privileged enough to meet Mr. Ken Forsse and his lovely wife on two occasions. Meeting the person who has inspired you the most is unbelievable and I am very lucky to have had the chance, as most people do not. I Do Not give out addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Of any persons that I have private coorespondance with, including but not limited to Mr. Forsse and anyone else involved with Teddy Ruxpin.

Why don't you have posted episodes, sound clips, etc from the books or TV series?

I try to keep the site within fair use/review guidelines when it comes to copyright issues, and beyond that, simply on a personal level do not believe it to be appropriate to post such content. The site is for review and information purposes and I would never want to distract from Teddy Ruxpin's marketability in any way. I may in the future post up a couple of songs from the TV series, but currently do not have the capability to do so. So, pretty much, song lyrics, transcripts, and images is the extent of media content on this site.

Do you know if the show will be re-broadcast again in the United States?
I certianly hope so, but as to my knowledge the only broadcast in North America in the last 10-13 years has been in Canada on Teletoon, and I do believe they're no longer showing the series. Google PAX TV, ABC Family Channel, The Cartoon Network and other such networks and ask them to air the series.

Do you have any Teddy Ruxpin items you would like to sell, buy or trade?
No. The collection I have is pretty centimental. However, if you would like, feel free to post want ads (or things for sale) on my Message Board here

Do you know how I can contact Ken Forsse regarding a business proposal or other personal reason?

As stated above, I do not give out email addresses or contact information for anyone I coorespond with, weather it be Ken Forsse, Jeff Wilson, The President of the United States or a cousin. I simply do not know exactly under what circumstances someone may want to be contacted and circumstances where they wouldn't, so I don't give out the information. I am able to forward email however and if the person wants to respond they are then able to.
